    1. Subscription Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription to any Insyd product or service at any time. The following terms apply upon cancellation:

    • Continued Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscribed Service until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). No further charges will be applied after the current cycle ends.

    • Data Retention: After cancellation, your data will be retained for a period of 30 days, during which you may request a copy or export of your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    2. Refund Policy

    Consistent with our Terms of Use, all payments made for Insyd products and services are non-refundable, unless strictly required by applicable law. This includes:

    • Subscription Fees: Monthly and annual subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, regardless of usage during the billing period.
    • One-Time Payments: Fees paid for one-time services (such as consulting engagements or website design projects) are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
    • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST. Taxes charged are non-refundable.

    3. Requesting Exceptions or Disputes

    While our general policy is non-refundable, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund or wish to dispute a charge, you may submit a request as follows:
